Overview

This workshop will give you a solid foundation about what it takes to make a successful transition from individual contributor to a manager of people.  You will review the essential management competencies, and theories as well as learn how to set expectations, provide feedback and develop direct reports.

Learn your own preferences of behaviors and how that impacts other people you manage. This can be done through the DiSC® Profile. Completing it as pre-work and reviewing a personalized report at the program provides you the opportunity to gain insights can effectively improve relationships, minimize conflict situations and enhance your approach to managing others.

Overview

The Situational Leadership® Model and workshop will provide a powerful, yet flexible tool that enables leaders to diagnose the variables of any given situation and adapt their management styles to the behavioral needs of the individual or group they are trying to influence to achieve better results.
